Ryan is a highly ambitious and motivated individual who is keen to succeed and thrives in a pressurised environment. Ryan has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and is a 4th generation of tradesmen who grew up in a working-class background in Scotland and Ireland. Ryan’s transition into the Electrical trade space has been seamless. With a Bachelor of Computer Science combined with an abundance of customer/client experience and sales, Ryan has been able to tailor his skills and experience into recruiting, finding the right home for the right candidate and in doing so, creating long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. From Ryan’s time in management, he understands recruitment is not a straightforward line and loves putting together the pieces of the puzzle that we call recruitment.
