Matthew’s diverse background spans from Sales and Customer Experience roles, through to the Military & mustering cattle on large properties. Matthew’s found a home in Electrical Recruitment and Client Management. The time spent in sales and customer service has taught him the value of “connecting with people” and the importance of gaining the right understanding of his client's needs. The ability to build client and candidate connections has become a passion. Matthew’s focus is to serve his electrical clients and electrical candidates. This is done by investing his time and energy to achieve real outcomes, not just put a bum on the seat.
