Charlie has had a diverse professional history with the majority of his time being spent in landscaping. During this time, he has predominantly spent time in the construction sector working on Townhouse developments and has experience liaising between various trades and understands the importance of teamwork to get the job done. In addition to having a pHD in pushing barrows and wielding crowbars, Charlie has spent time running his own personal training business and knows how to communicate and forge lasting relationships with clients while developing step-by-step plans to achieve their desired results. At INSELEC, Charlie strives to capitalise on his experience on the job site to relate to ambitious and motivated sparkies and utilize his programming acumen to develop plans to match with suitable employers. When Charlie is not helping sparkies find their dream jobs, he loves playing the guitar, going to punk gigs, lifting weights and going for unnecessarily long runs.
